MSCHE Mock Visit Request Form

Each year, The SUNY Council on Assessment offers “mock visits” to SUNY campuses preparing for the Middle States self-study. Fill out the form below to request a virtual visit from a team of (typically) 3 members. Upon receipt, SCoA will begin to develop a mock visit team and follow up with you within 5-7 business days.

Upon request, a SUNY campus may request a team member from outside of their institution. This could include their SUNY liaison, a trusted colleague with expertise speaking to the campus’ area of concern, or a specific member of SCoA.
